At Morgan, we provide training on ethics and compliance topics to our employees each year. Our approach to training includes introductory courses for new employees, broader initiatives reaching thousands of employees to raise awareness of ethics and compliance risk areas & associated expectations, webinars and other live engagement sessions to reach our site-based colleagues, alongside smaller targeted initiatives for segments of employees who may be exposed to specialised ethics and compliance risk areas
Recent training topics have included business ethics, anti-bribery & anti-corruption, gifts & business entertainment, anti-trust & competition law, human rights, conflicts of interest, data privacy & confidentiality, trade controls and cybersecurity.
Our quarterly mandatory ethics and compliance training initiatives reach a wide global audience, and we are proud to routinely reach, or exceed, 99% completion of these courses. We are committed to continuing our investment of time and resources for our training activities. We consider training an important and fundamental component of our global ethics and compliance programme.
