Our purpose is to use advanced materials to make the world more sustainable and to improve the quality of life. We deliver on that purpose through the products that we make, and how we make them. Our products help our customers to be more efficient – to use less energy in their manufacturing process or in their product, and to generate less CO2. We are working hard to decarbonise our own operations also – to produce our products more efficiently and to reduce our own CO2 emissions.
We have set targets for gender diversity, safety and employee engagement and have programmes underway to meet them.
